Welcome all Kings and Queens! I am your loc stylist Lacey, Owner/CEO of Loc'd By Lace LLC. I am located in Ft. Pierce Florida in the treasure coast area (2806 S US Hwy 1, Suite C7. Ft. Pierce FL 34982). I specialize in Retwists, Instant Locs, Loc extensions, Loc Repair, Wick/Bonks reconstruction, combination, and repair. It is my passion to make you look and feel great while nurturing and grooming healthy locs. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE. Deposits are required for ALL appointments. After you book your appt, the deposit will be deducted from the card on file at the time of approval. If your card declines, your appt will be canceled, and you will have to resubmit an appt request. Deposits are deducted from the total of service. Any charge backs through the bank will result in being banned from future booking. Loc'dByLace will process any refund needed. 2. You will be charged 100% for no shows and last minute cancelations (If notifed less than 48hrs before the appt.) After 1 no call/no show you will be required to pay 100% of total services for ALL future appointments. If you cancel your appointment, there will be no refund of your deposit — unless I cancel. 3. V.I.P. appointments are an EXTRA $60. V.I.P. booking isn’t available on the site. Please text 585.576.1441 for availability. Examples of V.I.P. booking: Working outside of current business hours; coming in earlier or late appts, same day appointments, last minute/squeeze in appointments, coming in on my day off, and holidays. 4. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPT. IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD, COUGH, RUNNY NOSE, SNEEZING, or OTHER COLD SYMPTOMS. Please respect my personal space and comfort zone. If you've already booked an appt. and have cold symptoms, please cancel. Your deposit will be refunded. If you show to your appt. with these symptoms, your appt. will be canceled, and no deposit will be refunded. 5. Please do not show up more than 5 minutes before your appointment. 6. Please no extra guests in the Loc'd By Lace Suite. There is a waiting area in the lobby where guests can wait. (Minors may have 1 adult accompany them). 7. LATE FEE: There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there is a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes, there is a $25 late fee. After 25 minutes, your appt. will be canceled, and you will be charged %100 of the service. 8. All appointments include a wash and basic style. The price DOES NOT change if you choose to wash your own hair or choose not to have a style. 9. An extra fee will be added if you have extremely matted or dirty hair and/or have gone longer than 3 months since your last retwist. (Pricing depends on the severity of the situation) 10. The options you see for services are the only options available. Pricing will be adjusted if needed to fit your personal needs for your appointment. (Please make sure you read the descriptions on services by clicking on the circle icon in the top right corner) 11. I am NOT servicing any new clients under 12 years old. NO EXCEPTIONS‼️ 12. If you are a NEW CLIENT or want to schedule special services (special services include: Wick reconstruction, Loc combination, Loc extensions, and instant locs), YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A CONSULTATION, FIRST!. After the consultation then you will be able to book your appointment. (Consultation and appointment CAN NOT be booked for the same day. Consultations should be booked separately and are NOT deducted from service price.) 13. I. DO NOT offer service for Sisterlocs TM or micro locs. NO EXCEPTIONS‼️ 14.
